Terms
No Hidden Fees
The full amount of the purchased gift certificate is applied to music lessons at Wandering Minstrel Music School — there are no hidden fees or registration fees.
Recipient Cancellations
Certificates are fully refundable within 60 days of the purchase date, refunded to the same person and by the same method they were purchased with. After 60 days, gift certificates are redeemable for services only.
Refunds
Refunds on gift certificates purchased by credit or debit card have the face value credited back to that card. Cash payments are refunded by cheque.
Expiration
There is no expiration date.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase — treat them like cash.
Redemption
We require the actual gift certificate in order to redeem it for its value. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash by the recipient.
